Minister of Gender, Children, Disability and Social Welfare Mary Thom Navicha has called upon all Malawians to consider provision of ECD services as an everyday routine.

“My Ministry will ensure that caregivers are formally trained to create positive learning environments at home. It will also promote child -mother’s nutrition, child protection, water and sanitation and birth registration services,” She said

Minister of Gender, Children, Disability and Social Welfare Mary Thom Navicha has assured the Malawi National Association of the Deaf (MANAD) that Government is ready to work with and support the development of the first ever Malawian Sign Language Dictionary.
